Danger! Danger! Jul 31, 2008
By Rob Dunbar I took a chance and bought this because I'm not the kind of guy that would ever work under a floor jack. I figured, what the heck, I can use it to jack up my '83 civic. I knew I wasn't gonna get a real 2 ton floor jack for 30 bucks but I figured it could lift a sub-compact high enough for me to get some blocks under it and go to work.
Nope.
It pretty much disintegrated before the wheels cleared my driveway. Sheet metal bent and cotter pins flew like spittle from an angry Lou Pinella.
Do not, under any circumstances buy this product. Somebody will definitely get hurt! This product should not be left anywhere. Someone will find and attempt to use it and almost certainly be forced to gnaw their arm off to escape.
The most dangerous consumer item ever sold!
