 Great for occasional sanding Aug 08, 2009
Bought this sander several years ago. Very happy with it's size and quality, but it just up and died. Probably used it a total of 30 hours over the course of these years. It was well cared for, properly oiled, etc. Maybe I didn't use it enough to keep it functioning properly. Disappointed.

This is a great sander. Just make sure you have enough air pressure to feed into it. I have a 20 gal 1.5 horse power compressor and it's not quite enough to have it at full sanding capacity.

03/08 I have been using the pl1565 sander for a month now and I cannot find anything wrong with it.I like it because it is small and lite weight and it gets the job done,going to order a second one just to have a spare. I have bought 2 more pl1565 sanders 1 has 100 grit and 1 has 150 grit.01/25/09. Randy
