It works, less restrictive to airflow than a T. I am using 5 of them in my 1-1/2 HP single bag loop.

PeachTree Woodworking vacuum fittings are weird size Nov 18, 2011
By C. Williams I have tried every standard 2.5 vacuum hose and these 3 vacuum fittings I bought do not fit AT ALL! They are too big for 2" and too small for 3" and DO NOT fit 2 1/2". I called PeachTree Woodworking and they said no one else has complained so they can't be wrong and tough luck. I will never buy a PeachTree product again. For a lousy $12 bucks they blew me off. Anyone reading this review needs to find another place to shop...PeachTree Woodworking has the worst customer service!
