Great Customer Service Feb 21, 2010
By Riverdale Fine Furniture This item arrived damaged due to poor packaging. I returned it for replacement together with a receipt showing the cost of return shipping. Not only did I get a replacement (much better packaging this time) but also a credit to my card to cover my cost to ship back the broken one. No arguments, no excuses. This is way the world is supposed to work.
