5Woody's Handyman Service  Nov 17, 2005 By Woody
I recieved this hose and was very surprized at it's quality. I'm extreamly demanding in my tools and was not unhappy. I really like its construction and design. It's very nice to have it with my small senco compressor to just carry right to the work with no trouble. It looks like it will hold up great. The pigtails are a very nice asset and it's small coil design it super, wont tangle easy also. You wont be unhappy, get it!

3Very Good While it Lasts ...  Jul 31, 2011 By Sawblade99
I bought one of these hoses several years ago, and was so happy with it that I ended up buying 3 more for a total of 4. I have used them for just over four years and have had two of them fail via a rupture. I leave my system pressured to 90psi all the time, but the hoses get only occasional use. The first one split near the end (coiled end, not the straight end) and my compressor ran until it overheated and shut off via thermal overload. I cut off about two feet of the hose and attached another end with clamps. Last week another of the hoses developed a split about in the middle of the hose and this one was small enough that the compressor (big five horse Ingersoll Rand) would keep up with it until I heard it running and shut it down.

I examined the plastic on both splits and it appears to have degraded and become almost crystaline or granular like sugar. These hoses do not appear to have a reinforcing braid built into them, and therefor the first split was quite large. I have become concerned enough to quit using them and have gone back to the non-coiled reinforced rubber hoses for the time being. I am looking for something just like these that has a better plastic and the reinforced braid built into them.

5Quality Hose, Made in Canada, not China!  Jan 29, 2010 By Jose Rodriguez "Tool Junky"
If you are looking for a coil hose, this is the one to get. FORGET the chinese hard nylon ones, they are completely useless. You know the ones... They are yellow and available at the usual tool discounters that sell mostly Asian goods. This hose is smartly designed with built in whip sections, lovely flexible polyurethane, and made in North America. Best yet, the price is a quarter of what it should be.

Just buy it. You will not regret it. I am here today buying a second one in a larger size.

5Hanco en Canada  Nov 23, 2011 By Torgo-San
I like this hose a lot so far. I replaced a cheep Chinese hose on my tire air rig with this hose. It is doing great so far but I have not been pushing it too hard.

I was pleased to see this made in Canada. The fitting seem to be aluminum(or an alloy thereof), not steel or brass. I don't see very many air fitting made this way - you might be careful with the threads banging around in case this softer material gets deformed against harder materials.

So far, no problems - I am very, very happy.

5Great design and function in my small garage.  Oct 15, 2011 By Fireballsocal
This air hose streteches out quite a long ways yet retracts to form a very small coiled up hose. It gives me the reach I need when I need it yet takes up minimal space and requires no rolling. It handles 130 psi just fine and the hardware and swivels work well and seem to be of good quality.
