Awesome Device for General and Emergency Use Aug 14, 2009

I have owned this for several months after reading about stocking a well supplied emergency preparedness kit in the event of an earthquake or other disaster.
I have two stoves (one at home and one at work) along with a dozen cans of butane fuel.
I actually use the stove for potluck days at the office where I can make my famous country breakfast for the staff. I keep some non stick spray for the fry pan and so the clean up is fast and the set up and take down of the stove is quick. This is a very portable device and I plan on taking it with me for camping trips.
I highly recommend it. 5 out of 5 stars!

Havent cooked with it yet but did insert a can of fuel & tested it out.Worked perfectly.Small dent on the back of the unit,but doesnt affect performance or looks.Will work excellent as a back up if needed in case of power outage or as an extra burner.

For the $12 I paid, this was well worth it. Instantly heats up, great for camping. It seems to go through butane fuel quickly, which is too bad because its $4 a bottle. Still a great purchase! Don't count on the case, we bought 3 of these and all of them broke before we got to use them.

We have taken this on two camping trips with us and the little thing is a life saver and makes camping so much easier.
We use it for breakfast... making eggs, frying bacon and sausage. It's prefect size and the case makes it easy to pack up and go

I saw these first on one of the shows on Food network. I thought this would be a great idea as I hate using the side purner on the BBQ (there is no space around it!). This unit stores easily in the included case and works great on the picnic table or on a folding table. I have also taken it in the RV to use at campgrounds.
My only complaint is in heat adjustment. It seems to be very sensitive and is easy to get too low too quickly and cut off the gas and need to restart it. This is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.
That said, I highly recommend them and am considering a second one so I can leave one in the RV.
