Easy installation and sturdy construction. The hose is longer than most which is important since I give my dog a bath in the shower! We no longer smell the chlorine, our skin is no longer dry and itchy and hair has more life. My only complaint is that the shower head is so high -- a stretch to reach for someone short. However positives far outweigh the one negative so we have ordered one for the other shower.
