This is a great intro set for the aspiring painter. I was given my set as a Christmas gift about 4yrs ago by my fiance. I have a 65 ford short-box step-side. I call my retirement project, since it may take that long. I'm 35 now. She was helping build my tool collection up towards the project. They have changed the labeling on the box, maybe to add more appeal, but the manufacturer is still Titan. If you check around websites you will find that some of the dedicated places that carry the big dollar guns still have this set in there collection and give it praise. Make sure to get cup screens and a cleaning kit or 2 or 3. It only takes a speck of build up in any gun to ruin the spray pattern, and add more time to complete the project.

My Grandson is restoring an older Mustang car piece by piece. Each size gun is being used for differant parts of auto. Has been a frequently used item.

I rarely write reviews, specially bad ones. This is the only bad review I've ever felt I had to do. First, the items were floating around the box when I received the package. The items were all banged up and looked as if they were used. The dings and dents may have been from the horrible packaging but aside from that, they still appeared to have been used. Also, the description stated they operate at 45 PSI, this is not true. Each gun has "Max PSI 20" etched in on the side. When it came to spraying, I could not get it to spray properly. The PSI might be the issue, I didn't notice the "Max PSI 20" until after I gave up. I will retry later to see if lowering the PSI will fix the spray but at this point I'd say the frustration and disappointment are not worth it.

Packaging was bad - the items were loose in the box and banging around. The ties that were supposed to hold the items in the box were missing. There were some dents and scratches because of this. It looked like maybe someone had returned the item. We found it difficult to get the consistency of the paint correct so that it would spray. There were no instructions. But once we got the paint thin enough, it worked well.

I used these to paint a 1998 pewter metallic vette and a 1994 red vette. This was my first attempt at painting cars but I did better than expected. I did'nt want to spend alot but I was looking for quality. I took a chance and it worked out. They spray pretty well.
