Cleaning up after a session of roller painting often takes more time than the painting itself, especially if you're still making the circle with your fingers to squeegee the length of the roller. You get some of the paint out of the roller, but then you've got a nice coating on your hand that won't come off for a few days. Great for fast cleaning of all roller covers, this roller cleaner kit includes a roller washer that attaches to standard faucet spouts. As the roller is passed through the washing ring, water is sprayed into the roller fibers from 360 angles, showering the roller clean without making a big mess. As the roller is pushed vertically through the washer, paint is not only sprayed out, it's wrung out to make cleaning a breeze. The included scraper is designed with a coved edge that slides smoothly over the roller cover to push excess paint back into the paint can before running the cover through the washing ring. The scraper is also handy for scraping paint from windows, cleaning roller handles, and more. Designed for use with latex paint only, the kit can be used with all manual roller covers as well as Wagner internally-fed covers. --Brian D. 4works well... not great  May 19, 2008 By K. Avallone
We got this because we got tired of trying to clean rollers with our hands. The unit works well, not great or super. It seems the opening is a little too large. Or perhaps we don't have the water pressure needed to make it great. One big plus thou is that your hands don't get painted trying to clean a roller!

3it's not too bad  Mar 11, 2012 By Ben Huff
it's ok, sorta.

you have to go up and down a million times, then spin the roller out and do it again, a few cycles like that.

if you just use a bucket instead, dunk rinse scrape spin dunkscrape rinse spin with warm soapy water you'll probably spend the same amount of time...

these things are all based on being tight to the roller but they aren't tight enough because that would require them to be very sturdy to handle the stress of going tightly over a roller.

it seems like the rejuva roller is the best one reviews wise.

and the scraper in this thing is so cheap it's laughable.

there you have it. and this thing ain't worth 8 bucks. it's worth like 5.

oh the wagner 'rollerwash' spinny dooddad thing is pretty good if you're gentle with it. and you can spin out smaller rollers in it with no adjustments! which is awesome. i use purdy collosus jombo mini rollers and a wooster mini roller frame and spin them and my 9" rollers out in one of those all at once and in about 5 mins flat i've got 5-6 clean spun almost dry rollers.

Does a good job of scraping and removing excess paint from roller cover. Water attachment blasts excess paint out as you draw the roller thru it. Good tools.
